CSK back on track with a win over RCB

Atlast CSK is back in track, it was a slow start that everyone expected RCB to win but Dhoni came back with a bang and proved again and won the match by 22 runs.

Batting first, CSK posted a mammoth 183 runs thanks to a fluent 83 by Michale Hussey. Raina and Murali Vijay played little cameo. Mohammad Kaif - one of the best fielders to have ever played for India - clanged a regulation chance from Hussey at mid-off. Hussey received support from each member of Chennai's top-order and left Bangalore chasing a target of 184 on a track that was made for batsmen.

Hussey was the backbone of CSK's effort. It's not always easy getting used to the pace of the MA Chidambaram Stadium, but it was hardly an issue for the 36-year-old. He looked as comfortable as anyone else during his unbeaten knock of 83 on a hot Saturday afternoon. He used his feet beautifully to the pacers as well as the spinners and played the anchor's role to perfection as the other CSK batsmen threw their bats around him.

Daniel Vettori was extremely unhappy when Mohammad Kaif dropped Hussey early on at mid-on. Vettori has seen the Aussie play many a match-winning knock and it seemed he knew straightaway that the old pro could run away with the game.

Summary:-

CSK 183/5 (20 overs)

RCB  162/7 (20 overs)
