Ashwin won 12,50,000 in Oru Kodi

It was extreme fun and joy to watch Ravichandran Ashwin play the famous quiz show on Vijay TV "Neengallum Vellalam Oru Kodi" Yesterday (APIRL 26, Thursday).He had managed to win Rs.12,50,000 at the end and he decided to donate that money for a good cause.

It was a good entry song for the CSK king Ravichandran Ashwin "Idhu Chennai Chennai Super Kings" and he came like a King infront of dias filled with enthusiastic CSK fans raising their hands to welcome the Hero of Chennai. The game started with a video reflecting the struggles that AShwin had gone through his cricketing career before making it to the Big stage, that was worth watching I would say.

And another suprise was waiting for the fans to witness, when Ex CSK-ian Muthaiya Muralidharan called up and revealed a fact about Ashwin. Murali said "Ashwin is always open minded and gave his opinion straight forward. For example when we were in a CSK team meet Ashwin said "The spinners are bowling well, only the Pacers needs to improve.", And Bollinger was about to fight with Ashwin.". Surya (Quiz Master) asked "Who will win IPL this season...?". "It is a tough question to answer" - Murali Replied."It is hard to beat a team with especially Murali in it..." - Ashwin Replied.

As the game was moving along, there was another surprise, this time it was the famous Kollywood comedian Santhanam who called up and wished Ashwin good luck. "Well played Ashwin, Good to see you rock in Quiz too, not only in Cricket (Nee Kalukku Machan...)". - Santhanam Said."I was very much impressed with your performances in the movie Boss (a) Baskaran and I didnt miss any of your films and I want to meet and interact with you one day..." - Ashwin Replied.

Ashwin called off the game show with Rs - 12,50,000 in his hand and he said he will offer this for any good cause.And he finished the show with an advice to youngsters. "Studies is important for life, but i would rather say study well but, please play atleast one sport that keeps your mind fresh.... and It was my pleasure to play in this show thanks for all your support...."
