CSK bowled out Rajasthan Royals
It is the great bowling performance from CSK that sealed a good win over Rajasthan Royals in a last Ball thriller here at Chepauk. Another great News to share, Super Kings have moved to 3rd spot in the IPL points table.
Dravid asked CSK to bowl first on a track that has something for the bowlers to play with. Dravid and Rahane provided a steady start for the Royals. Ashwin removed the Orange cap holder Rahane for just 15. Ashwin continue to impress with his tidy line and length and finished his full quota in a single spell, giving only 19 runs. After Jakati dismissed Dravid, Owais Shah and Maneria joined in and started to steady the royals innings.

Chasing a low score of 146, Du Plesis and Badrinath provided the best possible start by putting up a 50 run partnership for the first wicket. After Badri's good stand, Du Plesis carried on the momentum along with Raina. He has played the anchor role to perfection & also maintained a good rate. Du plesis completed his 3rd 50 of this season. He scored 73 of just 52 balls [6 Fours 1 Six].Soon-After Super Kings lost Du Plesis and Raina in the same over.
The match went on to the last ball with super kings needing 2 runs. Captain cool MS Dhoni stayed cool as a cucumber just leg-glanced and completed a comfortable two and brought up a comfortable win for the kings.. Du Plesis was declared as the Man of the Match for his composed 50.
