Jadeja - No Need of Changes to Win

Currently an in-form player for Super Kings is the Newly bought Surashtra-ian all-rouder Ravindra Jadeja. The 23 old's quick fire 40 our Warriors was not enough to see his team home. He is currently showing lot of maturity, class and spending more time in the middle and scoring some crucial runs for his new franchise.He said "Super Kings doesn't need any changes to win a game".. Lets listen to his words.....

"This was just our fifth game, and I am new to this team. All my team mates and support staff gel along well. We will try and perform well in the remaining games and win them." - Jaddu Said

He also said playing alongside great players gives him a good experience and he is learning a lot from them.

"I like the experience I am getting to playing alongside such big names. I have played with Dhoni and Raina for India, so there is a unity and we will look for positive results in the remaining games."

He said that the team is gelling with him very well."This was just our fifth game, and I am new to this team. All my team mates and support staff gel along well. We will try and perform well in the remaining games and win them."

He said coach Stephen Fleming wont let anyone down."He is a very soft-spoken guy and never lets any player have any kind of negative thoughts. He knows how to get the most out of a player, which is good for every individual and for the team as well."

He also said playing under the two time champions feels really good.

"It feels really good. All the players are matured enough and very hard working. In T20, a game changes in one over. So according to me, there is no need for any changes in the side. All we got to do is work harder in the nets and give our best on the field."
