Dhoni led india to lift WC after 28 years..

This was an awesome feeling for every indian who have seen team India lifting the ICC CWC 2011 to became the world champions after 28 long years.This was the day that everyone waited for and it is the dream of every single player who have been part of time India's success for the past one and half months..They started as tounament fav's with lots of pressure booming around but they kept their cool and made the whole nation proud...

And the final started off with a controversial toss in which the first time match Refree didn't hear what Sanga called for..?? and so both captains thought that they have won the toss..But Refree asked to spin it again Sanga won the toss and no hesitation batting...again dhoni made a big mistake of including sreesanth instead of ashwin and it proved costly in the run of play..And everyone waited to question Dhoni if he loses...!!!

Lankans started of slowly with Tharanga struggling at one end and he got out to an excellent delivery and an brilliant full length diving catch from Viru..In comes Sangakkara who played some magical strokes and started to build a partnership with Dilshan who is playing sensibly at one end...But,Bhajji get rid off the Dangerous dilshan..and the Lankans are in trouble. Inwalks the great stroke maker mahela who put up a figthing partnership with his captain and started to settled down to make a big score..then Yuvi done again by removing Sangakkara by an excellent catch from the Indian captain..samaraweera played a good innings along with mahela giving more of the strike to him and again Yuvi got a break through for India removing samaraweera.after an excellent review by himself..Kapugedra didn't last long got out to Zaheer's Brilliant slow ball which decieved him..And Kulasekara came into the party hitting some massive hits to keep the momentum going and Mahela reached his first WC hundred and perera's short innings help Lankan's score a competative score of 275 runs..

Shocking start for team India has malinga removed the dangerous man Viru in the 2nd ball of the innings..But, Sachin look good to complete his 100th century on his home turff played some magical shots..but he also got out to malinga...and India are desperatly nedds a partnership to steady the ship and Gauti and Kholi provided with a crucial 50 runs partnership for the 3rd wicket..Kholi fell to the brilliance of Dilshan...pressure is mounting on india with the asking rate going up all the time..And a surprise MS Dhoni got in head of Yuvi..Dhoni was criticised by many that he is not scoring runs..so he wanted to make the mark and put up a match winning partnership with gauti who played a Gem of an innings under pressure..Both of them putting pressure on the spinners by dancing down the track and its all looking good for Team India with 52 runs needed from 52 Balls but,Gauti got out at the wrong time after making an excellent 97(119) Inwalks Yuvi and he didn't let it go, he chipped in with 20 odd runs...  

And the time came that every Indian waiting for, Dhoni hits a massive six over Long on to clinch the world Cup after 28 long years...an dthe party begin with Dhoni,Bhajji,Sachin cant keep their feeling in started to cry in joy..."The cry resembles the hunger to win a WC..."

And a man running from the dressing room who have been a part of Team India for 20 long years and waited for 4 WC's and got it in the end is none other than Sachin tendulkar...
